Japanese people are very shy and are not used to male nudity, which is always censored.
This is also why CFNM is very popular among Japanese women
Sometimes, female friends sneak into the men's showers and changing rooms
and enjoy watching and embarrassing the boys.

Awhile back I was an exchange student in France. The showers were coed. Yes you still cover yourself up when you get into the shower and close the curtain and put on your towel or bathrobe. So that what I did for the first week. Coming from the US it was nude. I started feeling uncomfortable as most everyone were comfortable being nude. So this one French girl said it’s weird if you cover up. So I took off my towel and she says welcome to Paris you look nice
