It's Photoshopped, as you can tell by the outline around the man's body. Either he was clothed, or his image was inserted into the image.
Correction to my comment. It's possible the images of women were superimposed on the man, as they have suspiciously fuzzy edges. In any case, this image is fake.

Don't take these blog trolls seriously. Like you, I care if something is real or fake even if they try to bully me, you or others that it doesn't matter. In this case consider the source - a GayDom.
