It's hard to believe anyone would fail to see that this is a "cut-and-paste" fake. The guy has a beautiful body, but it's obviously a composite.

Now that you mention it, you CAN see the cut line on the guy's leg and arm. The woman looks real, however. WTH, CFNM is mostly fantasy anyway.
Believe it or not, I do not believe it is fake or a composite. However from my 25+ years of Photoshop experience, I do believe it has been altered or edited. The background has been removed and converted to all white. When bkgs are removed the selection of pixels along the edges of objects can get tricky, resulting with what is seen here. To be honest AI would have done a better job.
A minor point here: there are three people in the shot which is obvious because I don't believe that many women have three hands. The person behind the woman (mostly obscured) is actually holding the camera.
