What an interesting event. Some kind of a contest which includes the removal of the men's flimsy covering. Yes, I think you are correct. But it still seems like he is being ignored and I would think he would get more attention. Maybe the event is more of a gathering of people who know each other and the fun is seeing their friends getting their penises exposed.
